In connection with specific services provided by the Company, your personal data may be processed by Partners, i.e. entities cooperating with the Company for the performance of contracts and proper operation of the Website.

How and for what purposes does the Company process personal data, and where are they stored?

Legal basis for the processing of personal data: Personal data processed by the Company are collected via the website at: www.mped.co.uk. Data are processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(a), (b), or (f) of the UK GDPR. The legitimate interest of the Company includes building a customer and potential customer base, and establishing and maintaining business relationships.

The data are processed for the following purposes: a) to respond to enquiries submitted via the contact form; b) to perform contracts; c) for marketing purposes (with separate consent); d) for statistical purposes.

Data are stored in the United Kingdom. If personal data are transferred outside the UK, the Company ensures appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including to countries that the UK government has not deemed to have adequate data protection. For transfers to the USA, appropriate safeguards such as UK-approved Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) are applied.

What types of personal data does the Company process?

Depending on the purpose, the Company may collect and process the following personal data: a) first name and surname; b) email address; c) phone number; d) IP address; e) user login statistics.

Duration of data processing: Personal data will be processed for the duration of the contract. Upon its termination, data used to generate content (e.g. statistics) will be anonymised and stored as business records.

For enquiries submitted via the contact form, data will be retained for a period of 2 years. Where required by law (e.g. limitation periods), data may be retained longer. Log files are stored indefinitely.

Who has access to personal data?

Access to personal data is granted to the Company and associated individuals in relation to service delivery and website operations. Where required by law, data may be shared with public authorities (e.g. HMRC). The Company does not sell, trade, or share personal data for marketing purposes with third parties. Data shared with external partners is strictly for contract fulfilment.

The Company may entrust personal data to the following Partner: a) Microsoft – for services provided via Microsoft Azure.
